What is Seerat?Seerat Festival is an annual cultural festival that brings together Muslims from all over Medak and even neighbouring villages. SeeratFest has played a large role in encouraging young Muslim talents through arts and creativity as well as showcasing the diversity of Muslim culture and identity. In other words it’s simply a celebration of Islamic culture.

Does SEERAT have a code of conduct for the event?The Seerat Festival is dedicated to providing an engaging, and safe event for everyone. All Seerat participants, including attendees, speakers, and SEERAT staff must comply with the Seerat Festival code of conduct. By attending Seerat Festival, you are agreeing to abide by this code of conduct. Anyone found to be violating this code of conduct may be expelled at the discretion of organizers. Seerat Festival has a zero-tolerance policy and will not tolerate any harassing or abusive behavior towards any participant or event staff. Examples of unacceptable behavior or content include, but are not limited to: Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or harassment Sexually explicit, or violent material Disruptive behavior Hateful or highly offensive content, including statements that attack or dehumanize a person based on gender, age, disability, physical appearance, race, religion, or political affiliation Profanity Spam Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive statements Please report any abusive content or behavior to event support. If you are on site, event volunteers can help you, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the event. Please contact a member of SEERAT staff by finding a staff member via their badge or visiting the registration area. If in doubt, please keep it positive and professional and be mindful of the information that you choose to share with other participants. We expect all participants to help create a safe and supportive environment of inclusiveness, and we look forward to your attendance.

Where can I download the Artworks?When you register for SEERAT, you unlock access to exclusive digital content for SEERAT, including GIPHYs and Instagram Stories to use in your social posts. Find them in the Art dashboard.

What is the nature of the competition and is it open for all?The Annual Seerat ﷺ Competitions organized by JIH Medak in collaboration with SIO and GIO Medak are competitions held in the light of Quran and Sunnah. Where do I find registration form and submit?Registration forms are available at Office Masjid e Uroob, Medak and on our website. You can fill up your details and submit the form at Office Masjid e Uroob, Medak (Maghrib to Isha).

What about competition venues and hall tickets?The venues and hall tickets will be announced and issued before (5) days of the respective competition date. Participants would required to show hall tickets for the competition they will be participating for.

How can I prepare for the competitions?Get your topics material physical copies (Including Urdu, English and Telugu) to help you prepare for the competitions. What are the rules for "Quiz Competition"?Only (4) candidates are allowed in Quiz group each, the group leader would required to fill a group performa (details about group) and inform to the organisers before the competition.

What are the languages that can be participated with?Participants who are participating in "Essay Writing", "Speech" and "Recitation of Surahs" competitions can participate with English, Urdu and Telugu languages. Participants who are participating in "Naath e Shareef" competition can participate with Urdu language only. Participants who are participating in "Islamic Exhibition" competition can participate or explain in any language.
