Delivery & Refund Policy
We accept cancellation and refund requests within 1–3 days of placing an order, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped. Once the order is confirmed and moved to the dispatch stage, we will not be able to accommodate any cancellations or refunds. Buyers are therefore requested to carefully review their orders before proceeding to payment.
For international buyers, all orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only.
For domestic buyers, orders are dispatched through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post.
We typically ship orders within 8 to 14 days from the date of order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. However, the actual delivery timeline depends on the policies and schedules of the respective courier or postal service providers. MUSAIB HUSSAIN MOHAMMED is not liable for any delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier or postal service within the mentioned timeframe.
All deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the address is accurate and complete. Once the order is processed, the delivery confirmation and tracking details will be shared with the buyer via the email ID submitted during registration.
