Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

• Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from our official website.

 

To begin the process, please contact us with your order number and request a Return Authorization.

For exchanges, kindly place a new order for the desired item, and we will assist you with the return of the previous one.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Invalid Return Reasons
