New inspiration is on the way.
The Seerat Conference Medak is an annual event and cultural festival held by Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Medak Unit in collaboration with Students Islamic Organisation of India, Medak Unit and Girls Islamic Organisation Medak. The event gives a platform to showcase the talents of young Muslim students and takes place every winter in Medak, Telangana. The first edition was held in 2014. The 6th edition of Seerat Conference Medak was held in 2018.
The Programs are consisted of three major events named as the "Seerat Series" spanning from October to December with an 'Islamic Exhibition', 'Seerat Competitions' as well as the 'Seerat Conference'. The main features of the conference include several educational speeches, Islamic drama show, nasheed performances, and a winners ceremony of Islamic exhibition and Seerat competitions. Seerat Conference organisers claim that 'Seerat' series has attracted over 10,000 visitors over the course of three-events.
History and Growth
The first edition of Seerat Conference Medak was held in 2014. It is regarded as a platform for the students of Medak town to showcase their skills. Over the years, it began to attract participants from all over the Medak and the neighbouring villages of Medak. Seerat Series is a joint initiative of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind Medak Unit, Students Islamic Organisation of India, Medak Unit, and Girls Islamic Organisation Medak. The three organisations brought together artists, students, professionals, and volunteers to craft the first Muslim-oriented festival in Medak town.
Events
The Seerat Series consists three major events from varied categories. The festival conducts its first competition event as "Seerat Competitions" on Biography of Prophet Muhammed which involves essay writing, speech, quiz competitions. Judges of the competitions are reputed from different fields and organisations. Islamic Quiz Contest, is arguably the most keenly followed event of the series. The Seerat Conference 2017 for the first time added Islamic Exhibition as the second major event.

We are so excited to be back in person for Seerat Conference, with Award Ceremony on January 21, 2023, hosted at Crystal Garden, Medak. The main features of the conference include several educational speeches, Islamic drama show, nasheed performances, and a winners ceremony of Islamic exhibition and Seerat competitions.
